1:1 Calls:
These are so we can go a lot deeper into whats working and not working for you in life and biz. Think wholesome catch up vibes but zoned in on YOU. We can also use these to strategise your next moves in biz. These can be via ‘Phone Call’, ‘FaceTime’ or ‘Zoom’.
What we can cover during mentorship?
Mindset: Imposter syndrome and competitiveness have been huge themes across all my clients — i’ve personally been able to change my relationship to blocks like this and shifting the way I see them. Mindset stretches out much further than just these two examples, and is the main thing that holds people back in biz.
Strategy: Ever heard of ‘Content Pillars? Do you have a launch plan or Social Media Strategy? Having structures for the essential parts of biz has given me SO MUCH clarity on:
- Creating and posting the content that I want to, but making it intentional and tying it all together cohesively.
- Creating teachings/programs
- Branding and Brand building
- Launching and the psychology behind it
Systems: Are you STILL digging through emails and DM’s to track down client info? How are you managing your finances?
We can look into all of this to refine the backend to streamline your day to day functions in biz and have a framework to guide you. Basically…more structure = more freedom.
Mini Trainings
I have started to create pre-recorded ‘Mini Trainings’ to send to multiple clients because I’m noticing a lot of common themes coming up for everyone. I wanted to be able to deliver potent and deep trainings on these themes, but I wanted to make sure everyone was getting the same ‘juice’ and depth.
So from time to time I will deliver Mini Trainings into our chat thread (it will have its own ‘thread’ in our chat).

Containers can go for any length - I’d suggest 2-3 months for potent results as we may have a lot of foundations to set up to begin with.
For example, if you chose Package 1, but wanted 3 months of support your total container investment would be $1,500 (payment plans available)
